Workability: Graphite paper can be die-cut into various sizes, shapes, and thicknesses. Die-cut plane board is available, with thickness ranging from 0.025mm to 1.5mm.
Heat Resistance: Graphite paper has a wide operating temperature range, up to 400℃ and down to below -40℃.
High Thermal Conductivity: Graphite paper exhibits extremely high in-plane thermal conductivity, reaching 1500W/mK. Its thermal conductivity is 40% lower than aluminum and 20% lower than copper.
Compatibility: Graphite paper easily integrates with metals, cable sheaths, or double-sided adhesive tapes to create multi-layer boards, enhancing design flexibility. An adhesive can be added to its back.
Lightweight: Graphite paper is 30% lighter than aluminum and 80% lighter than copper of the same size.
Convenience: Graphite heat sinks can be smoothly affixed to any flat or curved surface.
